Skiing New Hampshire

Below are some of the best places to ski in New Hampshire.

Attitash Bear Park Ski Resort (Bartlett) - With double, triple, and quad chairlifts,surface lifts, and two high speed quads, so reaching the top of these runs is easy. The Attitash has a vertical drop of 1,750 feet and its the longest run is 1 ¾ miles long. Other facilities/amenities include a ski patrol, rentals, nursery, cafeteria and ski patrol. Summer fun includes waterslides, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, and a driving range.
Bretton Woods Ski Area (Bretton Woods) - Here you will find a selection of ski lifts and surface lifts giving access to 48 miles of cross country trails. Facilities/amenities include a ski school, rentals, childcare, lodge, restaurant and snow making.
The Balsams (Dixville Notch) - A 15,000 acre ski resort with downhill and cross country skiing, as well as snowboarding and ice skating. Warmer weather month activities are swimming, golf, tennis, and hiking, Amenities/Facilities include restaurant, cafeteria, bar, nursery, ski school, and rental shop.
Cannon Mountain Ski Area (Franconia) - Here you can ride the tramway to the top, or chose a pony lift or chair lift up to the beginning of the 2,146 foot vertical drop. Facilities/amenities offered are a ski school, rental shop, cafeteria, bar and nursery.
Great Glen Trails (Mt. Washington) - For year round adventure this is the perfect location! Summer fun includes biking, hiking, canoeing and kayaking. Winter adventure ranges from cross country skiing to snowboarding and snow shoeing.
Waterville Valley Ski Area (Waterville Valley) - If your family loves to play and have fun then this just what you are looking for. Whether it is experiencing and exploring the 52 ski runs or 46 miles of cross country trails during the winter, or catching some summer sun as golf, play tennis, boat, fish, hike or bike you are sure to have a sensational time. Other Facilities/amenities offered are an indoor sports center, live entertainment, restaurants and nursery.
